The King of Dice is a
push-you-luck game where players each play a king that’s trying to win over their citizens.
Players take turns
rolling dice three times to acquire citizens which match the rolls on their dice - getting new citizens can also get a player new cities for them!
Failing to roll dice that match a citizen after rolling three times gets a player a penalty card.
The game ends when any citizen/penalty/cities card deck is emptied, and the player with the most points wins!
