Voluntary recall of KLASK - 4 Players

Dear valued retailer,

This is to inform you of a voluntary recall of KLASK - 4 Players (UPC: 6430031713305) due to tests by Health Canada showing that magnetic components of the game became detached during testing, resulting in the product not meeting s.43 of the Toys Regulations (SOR/2011-17) of the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA).

As such, we would ask that if you purchased KLASK - 4 Players, that you stop selling the product with immediate effect and contact your account manager for a replacement kit, which will be available after the Chinese holiday. In addition, we have put a hold on the sales of ALL KLASK products as a precaution in order to avoid any issues with related products, and we ask that you do the same. While the recall only impacts KLASK 4, we will have replacement parts available for all KLASK products.
