AK Interactive Weathering Pencils are water-based modeling pencils with semi-greasy paint leads, specially formulated with less grease than standard fine art watercolor pencils for better adhesion and blending on model surfaces. Easy to control for fine detail work, they can be cleaned or blended with water and are non-toxic. They are ideal for creating chipping and scratches, streaking and grime, rust and oxidation, dust and mud effects, and shading and highlighting. For best results, apply over a matt varnished surface.
