Stores order Release Day Kits directly from their distributor. Orders for this product will be verified against stores' documented HeroClix event results. No retail store may order more than 3 Release Day Kits in total. Kits are available only while supplies last. Kits are covered by the WizKids Promotional Product Licensing Agreement and are marked "NOT FOR RESALE."
Stores are not required to have a volunteer or judge present to run an event; store owners ultimately determine how events in their store will be conducted and how kits are used to promote in-store play.
Each Kit includes prizes to host a release day event, with:
- A 1st place prize
- A camaraderie prize
- A flexible prize (to be used at the store’s sole discretion within the context of WKPPLA for the express purpose of supporting organized play in their store)
A suggested format guide is included to make it easy for stores to run HeroClix organized play for the first time.
Release Day Kit Contents:
- Three (3) copies of a Limited Edition Beast HeroClix figure with character card
- Twelve (12) copies of Omega Level Threat Detected One-Shot cards
- Five (5) copies of a double-sided HeroClix map
- One (1) supplement/instruction sheet
