A time of strife, intrigue and horror. A divided nation, where the rich enjoy luxury and fortune while the poor can't even afford a crust of bread. A nation where the cries of anger and rage at the injustices of life resonate louder and louder, driving the people to unite to overthrow the Ancien Régime and create a brighter tomorrow.
Reign of Terror is a two-part scenario set during the French Revolution, in 1789 and 1794. It can be played as a separate mini-campaign, or as a historical interlude to be inserted into Chaosium's Terror on the Orient Express campaign.
