The Captains draw a Word card.
The other players give a number between 1 and 5. The Captains secretly consult the corresponding word and tell the other players the theme (Person or Character, Occupation, Sport or Hobby, Object, Food or Drink, Geography, Animal or Plant).
The Captains announce the number of letters in the word and place that many erasable "Letter" cards in a row in the center of the table. This row of cards represents the word to be found.
To guess words, like in hangman, suggest a letter. If it's in the word, write it. If it's not, receive a clue that begins with that letter.
